The 20-year old More marked his first class debut by making good use of the conditions as he sent down 6.3 overs in two spells while Goa, asked to bat first, collapsed to 54 all out and the hosts then took just 12.3 overs to cross the finish line with eight wickets to spare.

At the JIRS grounds, an unbeaten 113 by Rohan Prem for Kerala, who made 266 for six, went in vain as Akshath Reddy slammed 110 not out as Hyderabad snatched a two-wicket victory with nine balls to spare.

Prem anchored the Kerala innings with two half-century partnerships of 63 for the fourth wicket with Sachin Baby (31) and 66 for the sixth with Pradmanabhan Prasanth (36).

In reply, Hyderabad were 125 for five, but Akshath Reddy and Ibrahim Khaleel (54) added 120 runs for the sixth wicket to steady the innings.

Meanwhile, Tamil Nadu showcased their batting prowess as they overcame Andhra by five wickets at the RSI grounds with Anirudha Srikkanth (94) and Dinesh Karthik (105 not out) making light of the rival bowling after skipper Lakshmipathy Balaji took five for 37.

Andhra recovered from a disastrous start to reach 247 all out, courtesy a solid 70 by opener Dara Prasanth Kumar, followed by useful scores by middle-order batsmen Y Venugopal Rao (38), Andimani Pradeep (39) and Chiranjeevi (43).

However, the hard-hitting Anirudha and Karthik, while putting on 102 runs for the third wicket, powered Tamil Nadu to victory though a couple of wickets at the end of the chase.
