New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit Friday accused the Bharatiya Janata Party of indulging in a “slanging match” by leveling baseless charges against her government.
“They wanted to create a slanging match. They tried to level false charges against the governmrnt but we answered their questions very well,” Dikshit told reporters here on the last day of the winter session of Delhi assembly.
The winter session was adjourned sine die.
The chief minister said that the business of the house was conducted well and the speech of Delhi Governor was discussed well by the members.
“We passed three-four bill in this session,” she added.
The Value Added Tax Amendment Bill 2012 and Cooperative Society Bill 2012 were passed in the session.
When asked about BJP members complaint of not being allowed to speak fully in the house, she said, “Every one was allowed to speak.”
