Islamabad : Nine people died Friday in Pakistan when a bomb struck a van carrying government employees.
The explosion took place around 1.00 p.m. in Peshawar city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Twenty others were injured, Xinhua quoted local Urdu channel Geo TV as saying.
The injured were shifted to Lady Reading Hospital in the city.
