Gurgaon : The Gurgaon district administration has asked the police to register a case against a real estate company here for selling plots of land without a valid licence, officials said Friday.
According to the administration order in this regard, Earth Infrastructure Ltd had released an advertisement for booking of plots through the internet in Earthcopia-1 and Earthcopia-2 in Sectors 112 and 107 without obtaining prior permission from Haryana’s Town & Country Planning department.
Gurgaon Deputy Commissioner P.C. Meena said the company had violated the Haryana Development and Regulations of Urban Areas Act, 1975, and the police had been asked to register a complaint against it.
