Islamabad : At least four people were killed and 42 others injured in two separate blasts in Pakistan Thursday, Xinhua reported.
Three people, including two children, were killed and 24 others injured in the first blast near a shrine in Hazar Khawani area of Peshawar.
The bomb, which contained an estimated 10 to 12 kg of explosives, was fixed to a donkey cart parked nearby, said bomb disposal squad officials.
The second blast took place near a mosque in Pakistan’s southwest Quetta city, killing at least one person and injuring 18 others, said Hashim Gillzai, deputy commissioner of Quetta.
The bomb was fixed on a bicycle parked near the mosque in Ghosabad area.
No one has claimed responsibility for both the bomb attacks.
