Warsaw : Fourteen people have died in a train collision in southern Poland, the interior ministry said. Sixty people were injured.
Hundreds of firefighters and policemen were working on the scene to rescue passengers trapped inside the train.
Transport Minister Slawomir Nowak described Saturday’s accident as the “most serious railway catastrophe” in Poland’s recent history, Xinhua reported.
