New Delhi : Prime Minister Manmohan Singh returned home Tuesday night after a four-day state visit to South Korea during which he also attended the Nuclear Security Summit March 26-27.
Ahead of the nuclear summit, Manmohan Singh held talks with South Korean President Lee Myung-bak.
