New Delhi: The date of Pakistani Interior Minister Rehman Malik’s visit to India has not been finalised, Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde said Saturday.
He said the schedule of Malik’s visit to New Delhi would be given a final shape in consultation with Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and other departments.
Speaking to reporters, Shinde said initially, it was proposed that Malik’s visit could take place from Nov 12 to 13.
But Shinde said it might not be possible because of Diwali.
He said Nov 22 to 23 were also proposed as possible dates but they too coincided with parliament’s winter session.
