New Delhi : India’s fiscal reforms must be complemented with human resource and process reforms, Minister for Corporate Affairs and Power Veerappa Moily said Wednesday.
“Fiscal reforms alone are not enough. Process reforms, human resource reforms and government reforms are equally important for the economic growth of the country,” Moily said at a seminar on “Global Management Education: Challenges and Opportunities”, which saw the launch of an integrated BBA-MBA programme by the Jindal Global Business School.
He said a strong and highly skilled workforce is needed for the country’s economic growth.
“To develop professionals of highest calibre, a fundamental requirement is good education and world class educational institutions.”
