New Delhi: Prof. Abdul Bismillah of the Department of Hindi has been bestowed with the award of Rahi Masoom Raza Sahitya Sammaan for the year 2013 instituted by Dr. Rahi Masoom Raza Sahitya Academy, Lucknow, U.P.
Prof. Abdul Bismillah Khan teaches at the Department of Hindi, Jamia Millia Islamia and he is a renowned Litterateur with several books, novels, literary works to his credit.
Earlier too he has won several awards. Some being Soviet land Nehru Award; Award from Hindi Academy, Delhi; Two Awards from Uttar Pradesh Hindi Sansthan; Dev Award from Madhya Pradesh Sahitya Parishad.
