Kochi : The Kerala High Court Wednesday said it would hear a petition by an Air India employees’ union against changes in the working conditions.
Petitioner Aviation Industry Employees Guild, Kerala region, sought issuing of court notice to the central government and the airline over the issue.
The petition complained about alleged arbitrary and illegal action of the airline management in changing working conditions and handing over ground handling activities at Thiruvananthapuram airport to a joint venture company.
“There have been deviations made by the management from the turnaround and financial restructuring,” said the petition.
