Baghdad : At least seven people were killed and over 25 wounded in two car bomb blasts in an Iraqi town Thursday, Xinhua reported.
The blasts occurred in Sunni-dominated Salahudin province.
A car bomb detonated in the centre of Al-Dujail town, some 60 km from Baghdad. Minutes later, another car exploded targeting security forces and civilians gathered at the first blast’s site.
The attack came a day after a series of massive bombings and shootings in northern and central parts of Iraq which killed 31 people and wounded over 250.
