Dave Kellogg, CEO, Host Analytics, told reporters here that the investment would be made to expand research and development operations at its India centre in Hyderabad.

The company, which currently has engineers here, plans to double the headcount over the next three years. He said the R&D centre was relocated to a 12,500 square feet facility in Hitec City.

Host Analytics also named Anurag Garg as its new general manager of India operations.

“Because Host Analytics was founded simultaneously in India and the USA, Hyderabad has always been a strategic location for us. With this announcement, we continue to step up our commitment to India and to our highly successful distributed R&D strategy,” said Kellogg.

He said Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) has huge potential as the cloud technologies have only five percent penetration.

The Hyderabad R&D centre has so far developed five products. Its cost-effective solutions cater to the requirements of the customers across all the verticals.

“The cloud has revolutionized the way we deliver complex software applications, and it is rapidly becoming the preferred software delivery model for enterprises of all sizes,” said Aravind Balakrishnan, vice president, engineering, Host Analytics.
