Islamabad : A terror bid was foiled in Pakistan’s Peshawar city Tuesday as police defused an improvised explosive device (IED), Geo News reported.
A bomb, weighing almost two killos, was found planted on the city’s Haryana Road. But it was defused by bomb disposal squad, police said.
A police official, however, added it looked the remote-control IED was planted to target a police mobile vehicle.
