Hyderabad: President Pranab Mukherjee will be the Chief Guest at the 6th convocation of the Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) here to be held on December 27.
Mukherjee, as the chief guest, at the event to be held at Global Peace Auditorium, Shanti Sarover, Gachibowli, will also deliver the convocation address, said Prof Syed Mohammed Haseebuddin Quadri, in-charge, in a release.
Dr E S L Narasimhan, Governor of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, would be the Guest of Honour. Dr Syeda Saiyidain Hameed, chancellor, MANUU will preside over the convocation, and Prof Mohammad Miyan, vice chancellor shall deliver welcome address & present University Report, the release added.
