Islamabad : The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) is considering four names for the post of the chief minister of Sindh province, including Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari.
The decision to replace present Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah was based on his bad performance in the education and health sectors, The Nation reported Thursday.
The final decision on the replacement will be taken April 4 by former president and co-chairman of PPP Asif Ali Zardari.
The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) is likely to join the PPP in the coming days with PPP leader Rehman Malik playing an active role in forming an alliance between the two parties.
