New Delhi: Carrying ahead its mission and vision for educational upliftment of the society, Human Chain – a non-governmental organisation of people of Seemanchal area – will begin from Monday its first free coaching centre for those aspiring for admission to Class VI of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya.
The step has been taken keeping in mind the poor literacy rate and financial condition of people residing in Purnia division of Bihar, a release said here.
President of Human Chain Mohammad Aslam said the coaching centre named as “Human Chain 30” would offer free coaching – along with lodging and food facilities – to 30 students, helping empower the financially weaker families with dissemination of quality education.
Two teachers have been appointed for coaching the students to prepare for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Class VI entrance, which is scheduled in first week of February 2015.
The classes shall begin from November 3. “We have taken a step for a noble cause and if the results are encouraging, our organisation may plan establishment of such coaching in other places of district in future. This region needs many such free coaching centres for upliftment of common people,” he added.
