The statement said, “The terror created by these communal goons have devastated the families of hundreds of Muslims and Dalits in the country. 29 innocents have lost their lives by the lynching of RSS & BJP-backed ‘Gau Rakshaks’ and hundreds of people were wounded and destructed.”

It further said, “It’s a shocking fact that the BJP led government at the Centre and in several states have not bothered to check this menace despite continuous reports of lynching all over the country. The perpetrators have become maniac who inspired and guided by the Sangh Parivar to teach the fitting punishment to those who do cattle trade, selling and transporting beef and even cooking beef and are lynching and looting the poor Muslim cattle traders under the guard of saffron political support. In many cases, their targets were Muslims and not cow traders or beef carriers.”

SDPI also took PM Modi on its focus and said, “Prime Minister’s loose and vague statement on this menace showed that he is not at all interested in stern action and safeguard Muslim civilians of this country.”

Sayeed reiterated that Social Democratic Party of India will go to every nook and corner of this country for uniting the people to resist lynching India by conducting get together programs, seminars, rallies, massive public meetings, village suraksha samithis, online petition to the Chief Justice of Supreme Court, poster campaign, handbill distribution, etc. all over the country.

The inauguration of the campaign will be held in Jaipur on August 1 and will be conclude on August 25, 2017 by gathering people on the streets holding placards and banners showing ‘Come Out of Home’ with black ribbons tied on their arms. Sayeed said, “This will give the message to every peace loving Indian citizen to ‘Come out of Home’ to resist the terrorists ‘Gau Rakshaks’ and save our India.”
