New Delhi: Five thousand scholarships are available to Keralite Muslim girl students who are enrolled in Degree, Post-Graduate, or Professional courses in Kerala.
The last date to apply for this scholarship is November 30th, 2008 by 5 pm. All Muslim girls who have secured at least 50% marks in qualifying examinations i.e. plus 2 or Degree are eligible. Annual income of the parent or guardian should not exceed Rs. 2.5 lakhs. Income certification, marks sheet, and other documents are required only after the selection list of students is published.
Three thousand scholarships or Rs. 3000 is available to students who are enrolled in any degree course. One thousand scholarships of Rs. 4000 is available to girls enrolled in a post-graduate course and one thousand scholarships of Rs. 5000 each is to be given to those enrolled in a professional or technical institute.
