Hideout busted, cache of weapons recovered in Udhampur

Jammu, India : A hideout was busted on Friday in upper reaches of Udhampur district and a cache of arms and explosives was recovered from it, police officials said.

On a tip off, police launched a search and cordon operation in Thanova forest area in Udhampur district and busted a hideout, they said.

One AK rifle, one detonator, one wireless set, six magazines, 150 rounds and four grenades were recovered from the hideout, they said.
