Bhopal: Dr. Abid Ali Khan, Lecturer, Department of Mechanical Engineering in Aligarh Muslim University, (AMU), has been awarded with “IEI Young Engineers Award 2009-2010” in Production Engineering Discipline by The Institution of Engineers, Trichur.
Dr. Khan received the award in the 24th National Convention of Production Engineers held at Trichur.
According to Zeeshan Ahmad, AMU’s Assistant Public Relations Officer, Dr. Abid Ali has received European Union Scholarship besides getting through the GATT examination. He has represented his department in several conferences and more than 33 research papers have been published in journals of high repute. ([email protected])
