Prithvi aims to become $1 billion company by 2012

Hyderabad : Prithvi Information Solutions Ltd, a global Information and Communication Technology (ICT) service provider, aims to become a $1-billion company by 2012.

“The company has outlined a four-pronged success principle represented by CARE which stands for customer focus, accountability, respect and excellence and is focusing on IT services, engineering services and telecom products,” said Managing Director V. Satish Kumar.

The company, which has set a revenue target of $450 million for 2010-11, Thursday unveiled its new corporate logo. The new logo emphasizes on the brand name “Prithvi” and is intended to facilitate easy reference and recall.

Apart from increasing its footprint in existing markets, Prithvi will focus on emerging markets – India, South America and the Middle East.

As part of its expansion plans, Prithvi recently shifted to a new corporate office building at Khanamet, HITEC City, Madhapur.

Prithvi is rated among the top 50 fastest growing companies in India and top 500 of Asia by international accounting and consulting firm Deloitte.
