Indore: The CBI has been asked by the Madhya Pradesh High Court to look into the disappearance of a witness in the Malegaon blasts case, since September 2008.
The missing witness, Dilip Patidar was the tenant of Ramchandra Kalsangra. Kalsangra is the most wanted accused in the Malegaon blasts case.
Allegedly Patidar was picked up by the Maharashtra ATS for interrogation two years ago but has been missing since.
The bench of Justices Shantanu Kemkar and Prakash Srivastava ordered the CBI probe on the petition of Dilip’s brother Ramswaroop.
