Ahmedabad : India were 392 for six at lunch on the second day of the first cricket Tests against New Zealand here Friday.
It turned out be a good first session for New Zealand where they picked three wickets for nine runs. Mahendra Singh Dhoni was at the crease and was yet to open his account.
Jeetan Patel (2-102) took wickets of Sachin Tendulkar (40) and V.V.S. Laxman (40) in quick succession. He trapped Laxman leg before wicket on the last bowl before the break.
