New Delhi : Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Monday left for Pretoria to attend the 5th India-Brazil-South Africa (IBSA) Summit that is expected to deliberate on a host of issues such as global security, economy, climate change and UN reform.
The prime minister’s delegation includes External Affairs Minister S.M. Krishna, Commerce Minister Anand Sharma and his Principal Secretary Pulok Chatterjee.
