Islamabad : Seven Hindus have died in Pakistan’s Karachi city after consuming spurious liquor.
The incident took place in Chanesar Goth area, leading to the suspension of police officer Tipu Sultan for failing to curb the growing use of such liquor in his jurisdiction.
The News reported that the victims, all friends, died at the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre during treatment. They had consumed the liquor individually at their homes Monday night.
