* Constitutional status for Lokpal
* Group A and B employees under Lokpal, Group C and D staff under the Chief Vigilance Commissioner.
* Parliament to decide bringing prime minister under the purview of the ombudsman.
* Vote, speech and conduct of MPs in the house out of the Lokpal
* Judiciary out of Lokpal.
* Separate grievance redressal bill to address the demand for a citizen’s charter.
* A single enactment to enable setting up of Lokpal and Lokayuktas in states.
* Separation of Central Bureau of Investigation’s probing and prosecution role for objectivity.
