Patna : In a relief to self-styled godman Nirmal Baba, the Patna High Court Wednesday stayed till June 22 the execution of a non-bailable arrest warrant issued by a lower court against him.
Nirmal Baba’s advocate Vidhyachal Prasad Singh told newspersons here: “The court has directed the state government to file its petition within four weeks.”
Singh had filed the petition Monday challenging the legality of the arrest warrant issued by the Araria court. The high court Tuesday reserved its order.
