New Delhi : Bharti Airtel, one of India's leading private telecom firms, Thursday announced a tie-up with Hong Kong-based PCCW Global Ltd to offer enhanced services in international connectivity.
The two companies have signed an agreement for the tie-up that would enable them to deliver greater coverage, seamless user experience and reliable technology to their customers.
"Our partnership with PCCW is in line with our strategy to extend the global reach of our customers and provide them a secure, consistent and reliable connection," Airtel president (enterprise services) David Nishball said in a statement.
According to the statement, the partnership would also enable Bharti to offer world-class services and end-to-end communication solutions.
"This relationship with Bharti is part of our strategy to collaborate with global service providers so that we can work ever closer with our customers," said Dan Lovatt, chief executive of PCCW Global.
PCCW Global is the worldwide business unit of PCCW Ltd, one of Asia's leading players in information and communications technologies.
