Initially Emirates will operate four weekly flights, serviced by state-of-the-art Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. It will provide daily services from Feb 1, 2013.
The service marks the first non-stop flight between Australia and the UAE.
“We have long held ambitions to operate flights to Adelaide, and today heralds a new level of connectivity from South Australia to Dubai,” said Salem Obaidalla, senior vice president with Emirates.
