Moscow: At least four people were killed and six hospitalised after a fire broke out in an apartment building in Russian city of St. Petersburg.
Authorities were investigating the causes of the fire which occurred in one of St. Petersburg’s converted Soviet-era communal apartment complexes, Xinhua reported Wednesday.
