Srinagar: A militant was killed and three members of the counter-insurgency Special perations Group (SOG) of the state police were wounded in a guerrilla ambush in south Kashmir Pulwama district late Monday evening, police here said.
A police officer told IANS that the militant was killed and three personnel of the SOG were injured when guerrillas ambushed an SOG patrol at Neloura village of Pulwama district Monday evening, 45 km from Srinagar.
“The exact details are being ascertained,” the officer said.
