Kishanganj (Bihar): Internationally acclaimed Super 30 – Ramanujan School of Mathematics – is set to conduct ‘Solve and Win’ – a Mathematics-based tricky competition at Kishanganj district headquarters on Sunday, June 14, 2015.
This will be held in association with non-government organisation Human Chain. Mohammad Aslam, president of Human Chain, said that on request and regular follow ups of their organisation Super 30, Director Dr Anand Kumar agreed to hold this one of its kind unique competition in the educationally backward district of Kishanganj.
Elaborating about the programme, Aslam said a team of Super 30 shall visit Kishanganj where the competition shall be organised for students studying from 10th to 12th standard. In the first group, students currently studying or passed out in Class 10 may participate while in the second group, Class XI and Class XII pass students are eligible for participation.
Along with getting guidance for further studies, the participating students may get admission in the famous Super-30 coaching, said Aslam.
Mohammad Mudassir Alam, Human Chain vice president, said Super 30 shall give away many prizes to top performers. In the first prize, three students shall get the chance for International Educational Trip, in the second prize five students shall be given Indian Educational Trip, the third prize offers admission to five students in B Tech course of United Group of Institutions without any fee and fourth prize carries wrist watches for 30 students.
Along with these, around 100 consolation prizes shall be given to good performing students, Alam mentioned.
Dr Khalid Mubashshir, Human Chain’s general secretary, said the preparation for Super 30 programme has already started and the organisation has especially constituted a committee for this event comprising Mujahid Akhtar, Tauqueer Alam, Minnat Rahmani and Mohammad Talha. The awareness campaign for the programme has already started at the local level and in order to make the event successful, the campaign is also running in social media platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp, added Dr Mubashshir.
