2008
May 17 – India frees 14 Pakistani fishermen.
May 15 – Jaipur blasts should not sabotage India-Pakistan peace process: India.
April 25 – India, Pakistan should put the past behind them: Manmohan Singh
April 18 – Pakistan postpones the hanging of Indian prisoner Sarabjit Singh to June 1.
April 14 – Pakistan adopting bilateral approach on Kashmir: Musharraf.
April 8 – Kashmir is important, but so are ties with India: Pakistan.
February 20 – Post polls, India says it hopes to resume talks with Pakistan.
January 24 – Kashmir dialogue on track: Musharraf.
2007

October 18 – India, Pakistan agree to continue border ceasefire.
