Makkah : The officials lauded the implementation of Islamic Sharia by the Kingdom and opting for Islam as a way for ruling as well as the policy of moderation.
They also hailed the excellent services being extended by the Kingdom for Islam and Muslims in addition to its great attention extended to the pilgrims and Umrah performers.
Dr Al-Turki said “the terror acts constitute an aggression against the innocent people and the religion.”
“The targeting of the Kingdom by the terrorists is actually targeting Islam whose banner has been firmly put up high by the Kingdom, ” he added.
Dr Al-Turki underlined the importance of cooperation of the citizens and residents with the security authorities as regards reporting about the deviant group.
He warned against sheltering the terrorists and said “This is a sinful act.”
Dr Al-Turki urged the Islamic institutions, Ulema (Islamic Scholars) and Islamic Callers to carry out awareness campaigns for disclosing the menace of terrorism, adding that the MWL is ready to forge cooperation with the Ulema, Callers, Islamic institutions and the Security Organs in confronting the deviant group and protecting the people from the menace of terrorism.
