The crime branch recovered from a bag hidden at the warehouse, a pistol, two live bullets, one air pistol, a seven-inch pipe bomb and 19 CDs and DVDs containing the speeches of Osama bin laden, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) Abhay Chudasma told mediapersons here.

He said the police came to know about the bag from Usman Aggarbatiwala, one of the nine Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) activists arrested for the July 26 serial bombings here.

Aggarbatiwala revealed that he had hidden in the warehouse the bag given to him by Kayamuddin, suspected to be involved in the Ahmedabad blasts and still at large, chudasma said.

The bag was recovered from the warehouse Tuesday and its contents were sent for analysis.

Chudasma said a laptop was recovered from Abdul Subhan alias Taufiq’s house in Vadodara and its data was being analysed. A couple of hard drives seized from three cyber cafes near Usman’s house too were being analysed, he said.
