Patna: Another FIR has been filed against police and civil officers for the June 3 police firing which left four dead and wounded many others. Fatkan Ansari, father of Mustafa Ansari whose half-dead body was stomped by a man in uniform, filed the case in the court of Araria Chief Judicial Magistrate on 15th June.
In the case No. 1372C/11, several officers have been made named accused. They include Araria SDO, Forbesganj BSO, Forbesganj PS incharge and Home Guard 401975 Sunil Kumar Yadav besides the owner of the Auro Sundaram International Pvt. Ltd.
Mustafa Ansari
Mustafa Ansari was hit by police bullet. He fell and then a policeman stomped his half-dead body in the presence of senior police officers. Besides Ansari, three others were killed – six-month-old Sahil Ansari, 25-year-old pregnant Shazmina Khatoon and 22-year-old Mukhtar Ansari.
On 14th June first FIR was filed by Rafiq Ansari, grandfather of Sahil Ansari against these officers.
