Brahma Kumari sisters tie rakhi to Jamia VC

New Delhi: To mark the auspicious festival of ‘Raksha Bandhan’ which falls on August 29, 2015, the Brahma Kumari sisters tied Rakhi on the hand of Prof. Talat Ahmad, Vice-Chancellor, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI).
