London : Alex McLeish quit on Tuesday as head coach of the Scotland national soccer team, the Scottish Football Association (SFA) said.
McLeish failed to take Scotland to next year’s European Championship. He was believed to join Birmingham City, who has been without a manager since Steve Bruce left the club last week.
