Dhaka : LM Masinara Asia Limited, an Italy and Bangladesh joint venture company, will establish a rolling shutter and accessories industry in Karanphuli Export Processing Zone.
This company will invest US$ 5.672 million and manufacture annually about 13 million pieces of shutter profile and spring Box. It will create employment opportunity for 389 Bangladeshi and two foreign nationals.
An agreement to this effect was signed between Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority (BEPZA) and M/s. LM Masinara Asia Limited in Dhaka in Wednesday.
Prasanta Bhushan Barua, member (investment promotion) of BEPZA and Hajee Yunus Ahmed, Managing Director of LM Masinara Asia company, have signed the lease agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
