United Nations : Foreign Minister of Iran Manouchehr Mottaki discussed major regional and international developments in separate meetings with his counterparts from India, Yemen and Eritrea on Wednesday.
The meetings were held prior to Mottaki’s departure from New York to Tehran later on the day and on the margins of the 62nd UN General Assembly.

It is to be jointly carried out by Iran, Pakistan and India to transfer Iran’s natural gas to India via Pakistan.
The 2,600-km pipeline would carry 60 million cubic meters of gas a day at the initial stage.
Meanwhile, in his talks with the foreign ministers of Yemen and Eritrea, Mottaki discussed ways to promote Iran’s relations with Arab countries within the framework of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council (PGCC) and the Arab League.
