Milan have six points from four games, three behind leaders AS Roma, who welcome Juventus Sunday, also on six points alongside Napoli.

Milan went one up at the close of a convincing first half Saturday when Clarence Seedorf pounced on a loose ball, slamming it home from close range after Nicola Pavarini managed to save a volley from Filippo Inzaghi off a Kaka cross.

Inzaghi had come close on 27 minutes when he saw his volley shake the post before Massimo Ambrosini fired wide to the right of Pavarini.

Andrea Pisanu threatened for Parma with a fast shot blocked by Brazilian goalkeeper Dida on 23 minutes, but the guests missed a glaring equalising chance when Reginaldo failed to control an inviting feed on 56 minutes.

The equaliser finally came in the 73rd minute as Pisanu fired home close to the far post, off pass from Reginaldo, who split the defence leaping past Alessandro Nesta.

Seedorf fired wide one minute later before leaving room for striker Alberto Gilardino, and Pisanu missed narrowly as his volley was deflected wide by Czech defender Marek Jankulovski.

On 79 minutes, a great chance went begging for Milan when Kaka incredibly squandered, aiming a weak shot toward Pavarini, who made a final stunning save to block a Gilardino shot.

In earlier Saturday action, Antonio Di Natale continued his good start to the season, scoring a brace for Udinese as they beat visiting Reggina 2-0.

The win pushed Udinese onto seven points, level with second-placed champions Inter Milan, who are at bottom side Livorno, while Reggina remain rooted on two points.
