Raipur : A bomb hoax on a passenger train in Chhattisgarh created panic Thursday.
Gondia-Jharsuguda passenger train was held up for more than two hours at Sarona station near Chhattisgarh’s capital Raipur following the bomb scare.
The train was allowed to run only after bomb disposal squads of the Railway Protection Force and the state police with sniffer dogs made an extensive inspection of the compartments.
