Moscow : Russian President Dmitry Medvedev will meet with the king of Bahrain, Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa, in Moscow on Tuesday, a Kremlin spokesman said.
The two leaders are expected to discuss bilateral cooperation, the global financial crisis, and the situation in the Middle East. They also plan to sign a joint statement on future bilateral cooperation.
“The document will become a landmark for further political interaction and enhancement of bilateral cooperation in various spheres,” the spokesman said.
Russia and Bahrain are also expected to sign a number of agreements, including a memorandum on cooperation in the peaceful use of nuclear energy.
