Vienna : The price for crude oil produced by the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) stood at $37.72 per barrel Friday, the Vienna-based organisation said Monday.
The price per barrel (159 litres) dropped by $3.23 since the cartel decided last Wednesday to cut down production.
OPEC calculates an average basket price based on 13 important brands produced by its members.
