Martyr Izzeddin Al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas’s military wing, said it bombarded an Israeli Army site early Wednesday.

A brigades press release said a group of militants launched six missiles at a site east of Deir Al-Balah in central Gaza, adding the attack is a retaliation to the continuous Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

In another release, the brigades claimed responsibility for firing a number of rockets at the southern Israeli settlement of Sderot early Wednesday.

The brigades said a group of its fighters launched four rockets at Sderot before leaving the area safely, pointing out that the number of “Qassam” rockets fired at the Israeli settlement since Tuesday evening exceeded 12.

It said the rockets hit their target, especially in Al-Majdal city.

Meanwhile, Martyr Abu Ali Mustafa brigades, the military wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), claimed responsibility for bombarding Sderot settlement, Ashkelon city, and the Negev area in south Israel with four “Somoud” rockets Tuesday evening.

In a press release, the brigades said the attack comes to avenge the Israeli massacres against the Palestinian people and resistance activists, especially in Khan Younis.

The Israeli Army admitted that Sderot was attacked by Palestinian rockets and claimed that Tuesday’s attacks injured ten Israelis, damaged several houses and vehicles and a factory, and caused power blackouts in some districts.

An army spokesman told Radio Israel Wednesday morning that the injury of one Israeli is medium, while the wounds of the rest are minor.

In the meantime, the National Resistance Brigades, the military wing of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, said a number of its fighters clashed early Wednesday with an Israeli special force near Gaza’s international airport.

It said the clashes lasted for a long time and that its fighters managed to leave the area safely.

Seven policemen of the deposed Palestinian government were killed and seven other people were injured Tuesday evening in an Israeli air raid that targeted a site near Khan Younis.
