Bhopal : Madhya Pradesh School Education Minister Lakshman Singh Gaud died at a hospital Monday night after he met with a serious road accident earlier in the evening.
Gaud was severely injured in an accident near Dewas town, 150 km from here,while coming to Bhopal from his native place Indore. He was taken to the Bombay Hospital at Indore, where he succumbed to injuries at around 9.30 p.m.
The accident occurred when his official car collided with a dumper on Dewas bypass road, the police said.
