Under-19 cricket world cup: New Zealand, Pakistan, India, South Africa in SEMIs

Kuala Lumpur : New Zealand and Pakistan advanced into the Super League semifinals of the ongoing ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup after defeating their respective quarterfinal opponents.

In a quarter-final match held at Kinrara Cricket Academy, Pakistan hammered Australia by six wickets with its bowler Ali Asad making 63 impressive runs and win the Man-of-the-Match award.

At the Royal Selangor Club, New Zealand drubbed Sri Lanka by 79 runs.

New Zealand will battle against India in the semifinal on Wednesday while Pakistan will play against South Africa on Friday.

Both matches will be played at the Kinrara Cricket Academy.

India made it into the semifinal after overpowering England by seven-wicket on Sunday while South Africa overwhelmed Bangladesh by 201 runs
