Riyadh : Italy’s Deputy Foreign Minister Ugo Intini has described his current visit to the Kingdom as successful and as an extension to the outcomes of the successful visit paid to Italy by The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.
In a press conference here Saturday, he expressed his country’s interest in relations with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as the Kingdom is a major country in the Arab world.
Intini described economic relations between the two countries as good, noting that the Kingdom was the 6th trade partner to Italy last year and the volume of trade exchange amounted to USD nine billion.
He pointed out that his country assists Italian small and medium companies to enter the Saudi market.
