Several Israeli Military vehicles and tanks are taking part in the Saturday incursion together with commando units that are now positioned around the Martyrs’ Cemetery firing at Palestinians’ houses, witnesses said.

The incursion came a short time after an Israeli air raid that killed two Izz-Eddin Al-Qassam fighters in the area.

Loud explosions were heard in the area where the Israeli troops faced violent Palestinian resistance. The Israeli troops seized some of the houses in the area, witnesses told KUNA.

They also noted that the Israeli troops fired at a house. Three of them were injured and later taken to unknown destination. Three citizens were also wounded.

The Israelis fired at the house without giving the members of the family, among them children and women, a chance to leave.

Meanwhile, Israel military gunboats fired early this morning at some of the naval posts of the ousted Hamas government in Khan Younis and Rafah, south of the Strip. Fearing for their lives, Palestinian fishermen came back to shore.
